Every item is printed just for you after you order. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. The exact shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Production time

Your items are made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Items in one order may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time

After your order ships, standard delivery within the US usually takes 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are more common during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check progress on our order status page using your order number and email.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email onlinedreamsretailersllc@gmail.com immediately; we can only change an address before production starts.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package does not arrive, email onlinedreamsretailersllc@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.
